Delivery Areas
We currently ship across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE delivery on all orders across the UAE.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on your location within the UAE. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please ensure the correct phone number and address are provided so our delivery partner can reach you.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will keep you updated via SMS or WhatsApp using the contact details you provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or no response after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Kindly contact us to rearrange delivery.
